Welcome to The Training Room.

A creative, fun and knowledgeable place where improving your physical and mental wellbeing no longer becomes a chore. We first launched in October 2018 and have gone from ‘strength to strength’….excuse the pun. Starting as a lone personal trainer in Jersey, Channel Islands, we now offer a healthy variety of exercise methods including Personal Training, Online Training, Hybrid Training, Physiotherapy, Pre and Post Operation Rehabilitation, Sports Massage and Wellness Retreats. Our passion lies in helping others achieve life and fitness goals whilst developing their knowledge using experience in all fields.

We aim to inspire, educate and support you and the wider community with all things life, training and nutrition.
